Markets to include the overlay of Digital networks over analog.  Implemented 3G, voice, data, push to talk, to include Blackberry message and layering technologies. Conducted lab and live testing on data links and nodes for throughput of high-speed reliability of networks.  Planning and testing digital overlay of EVDV/EVDO Networks. ·               Engineered and planned the design of the Virginia MTA, to include Richmond -Norfolk CDMA/PCS digital network.  Developed cost effective ideas to preserve 25 million-dollar savings in network build out. Development and planning with numerous design network schemes for wide selection choice by corporate directors.  Implemented valuable techniques schemes, for the completion of a reliable, flexible, and cost efficient network.  Planning analysis to include Fiber optic and ring and ring technologies, to include planning, OC/DS/T-I requirement design and provisioning.  Planning to include digital multiplexing (baseband composition) to include PCM/(sync and async hand offs/ signal processing/microwave/Fiber optic Transmission systems. Tracked and supported trend analysis and system documentation for a superior effective network. RF engineering design and optimization plan for CDMA Build-out for complex networks to include provisioning Fiber Networks, RF propagation, microwave and components and concepts. Instituted plan action for Optimization and Integration of 2ND and 3rd carriers for Motorola markets. Responsibilities include, setting up DAHO/MAHO sectors used for step-down from F1 to F2 borders. Deployment of Pilot beacons used for power boundary sectors. Professional training includes spectrum analysis, design and Optimization strategies. Other duties included FAA/FCC/NEPA filing, performing Inter-modulation studies, link budget analysis, PN planning, neighbor list planning, Capacity Planning, and design model tuning. Provided valuable expertise experience in site acquisition, construction and planning to assist other departments in completing the prime mission of Sprint Personal Communications Systems (PCS).  Managed the telecommunications build out of a 309 cell site and coordinated all telephone and telecommunications support. Directed and planned Transmission design build out.  Organized the installation of equipment in support of EMX 5000 and 5E class switching center. Pre-planning and design supporting RF engineering, site acquisition, and construction implementation. Directing and tracking of the company goals, for launching network on time and in meeting corporate expectations and deadlines. Effective RF lead engineer.

·               Technologies included: 1XRTT_3G launch integration and optimization across >300 carriers in Norfolk market to include cell site functional testing for 1X and legacy phones and new 1X devices (phones, PDA, Wireless Air cards, etc)

·               Coordinate/PM for all Work Order submission to Sprint Regional funding authority Atlanta

·               Build Optimization Work Order, Purchase Request and Purchase Order tracking/verification process to insure all required Capital Expenditures or Maintenance funding/assets are correctly ordered and delivered through Sprint North Supply to the local market

·               Install/configure new 1X data collection and post processing tools to accomplish corporate FIT/FOA testing and verification deliverables

·               Review and propose voice/data backhaul and BTS elements to prevent/reduce localized blocking due to excessive busy hour loading spikes

·               Create daily performance review process using switch data to identify BTS/Trunk/TI/Switch elements that are degraded or Out Of Service for referral to Net Ops for corrective action
